Do not make a mistake and fly with this airline, V Australia.

An Airline form hell, that will gladly accept your top dollar for businees class and then fly you Economy class with NO REFUND...

Book 6 months in advance to ensure direct flights and good seating, only to have these changed.

Melbourne to LA. Yeah 'right...

Changed to Melbourne to Sydney to LA, with a mad rush at Sydney including a bus trip that seemed to go on forever and then be seated in the worst possible seats on the plane. After having made all efforts 6 months in advance to avoid this situation.

V Australia will ask you to pay for a Business Class fare LA to Las Vegas $1500 and then put you on an $100 economy flight and offer no equivalent to international travel refund or voucher for the difference.

The only airline I know, that requires you to pay extra for better seating, as a Business Class passenger.

After paying in excess of $16000, they will ask you to pay an additional $5 at Check In. That is so petty and insulting.

V Australia will cause you delays and then ask you the Business Class passenger to pay for hotels overnight with no refund.

V Australia will force you to carry your own luggage on transfers. Unheard of as a Business Class passenger.

There is absolutely no assistance from the ground staff. Lots of empty apologies and lack of understanding. You might as well call an Indian call centre, you will get better service.

To quote several of them "Sorry, but you have to write about your issue and we will get back to you within 3 months"

The V Australia business class lounges don't have enough seating, don't offer food and limit you to 3 drinks per passenger.

Not real helpful when you have to wait for 5-6 hours for the next flight. The only Businees Class lounge that I know of, where you have to leave and get something to eat from outside.

Ground staff will promise one thing at the start of the journey, only to find out later that it was a lie...

Seems they just want don't want to assist in any way.
