STAY AWAY FROM VIRGIN MOBILE BY ALL MEANS NECESSARY!!! THIS IS A TRUE STORY AND I HOPE THAT PEOPLE WILL STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THEM AND DON'T SUFFER AS MUCH AS I DID!!!

I had a Virgin Mobile phone and one day my services were cut off without a notice (never got a call, email or fax... hell even a text). I was trying to top up my minutes (loading money to my credit card) and everytime I went to my online account it was not allowing connect or that the network was "down". In addition, I tried doing this maneuver over the phone and the same message was given too. I decided to wait until the next day, because I had just arrived from out of town, I was very tired and it was too late to call. I tried to login online the next day... same message. I tried going to my account over the phone... same problem!!!

I called them and apparently complaint about this issued. They stated without any probable cause that they suspended the service because "they thought the credit cards were fradulent". First, this is absolutely laughable... because I've used this card before in the account and just recently 5 days prior to the last transaction!!! In addition to that... I used my girlfriends credit card and it has gone through hundreds of times!!! The only two names that you see in the credit cards is either her name or my name in the account!!!

I talk to several individuals... not in the US... but in the Philippines and all of them were disrespectful, thoughtless, rude and non consistent. None of them were willing to help even with the information provided and refuse to activate the line even though all of information was consistent in the account.

When I asked for an ID, ask for a manager, someone superior to them, and ask for information over their policies... all of them blatantly refuse!!! They said it was not possible, they can't because it is an internal situation or that they "don't have that information".

In addition to that, they expect you to send your information either by fax or email... but it would take as far as 72 hours for this issued to be resolve. I work at another wireless customer service center (in the US) and I dealt with similar situations as mine. It either could happen immediately or even up to 2 hours (the most and because of large traffic). Matter fact, when I was asked for my information or my managers information or someone superior... that information was always given without an argument.

I am sick and tired of this damn companies outsourcing this jobs to countries that have no experience, no solutions, no respect and simply no consideration for their clients. It is time for us Americans to boycott this companies and this jobs to be send back to the US to deal with people of our own that can help us.

This customer service call centers overseas don't give a damn about us, our situations or even help us. All they care is to move to the next customer, collect a check and go home.

Virgin mobile... go the hell and you'll never get a dime out of me!!! NEVER!!!

Please to those that are reading this message... this is a real message and I advice all to stay away from Virgin Mobile. It is clear that they have no respect or consideration for us. They are thieves because they take our money and when it comes time for them to help us... they don't lift one finger to do anything. Please stay away from Virgin Mobile.
