Double charged
After taking money from my prepaid card Virgin Mobile also charged my bank. They have refused to issue a refund for the double charge, My bank did a fraud investigation and got my money back right away and now Virgin mobile has suspended my survive. Remember they double charge me and now I can't use my phone and it was already paid for by a top up card. I am reporting them to as many agencies as I can for fraud. I have seen tons of bad reviews now that I started to look into their cust serv, I wish I would have seen them before I paid for the phone.

Double charged
My mother recently ordered a ringtone she never received. I called Virgin on her behalf, and a person who didn't speak English well told her that he couldn't help her for four hours. Four hours later, they credited the account. Six hours after that, she was again charged for a ringtone she's not received. We intend to fight this one as far as possible. There was no excuse not to help within 4 hours, as they helped themselves to her money within minutes. I'm a former Virgin Mobile user and recommended them to her. I now feel bad about it.

Incompetent thieves
Virgin Mobile's online cell phone ordering system automatically changed my delivery address. I never received the phone, but was charged $105. After repeated complaints, they finally agreed to send a second phone, but it never arrived. I disputed the charge with the credit card company and got a refund. In retribution, Virgin suspended service on a previously existing account, but only AFTER charging me $15.90 for top-up. Their customer service people are unthinking, scripted idiots who lie and are rude. They don't care about customers. Their customer service phone system is terrible. All in all, a bunch of incompetent thieves.

phone wont work
I have three virgin mobile phones in my home and all three have stop working at the same time i called virgin mobile this a.m. all three numbers goes voicemail.but no ring. this has happened before. pls help me my numbers are:214-289-9765, 972-814-8963, and 318-634-0727. please dont tell me I have to buy another phone. please advise

overcharging
virgin mobile is charging me for calls i never made and services i never asked for nor wanted. they refuse to give me any information about who to see or where to go about this- after numerous emails and phone conversations- they won't even tell me who i'm talking to beyond a first name only! they have been rude, uncooperative, and downright larcenous... and i'm not letting this thing go! can you help me?

overcharging
after topping up my pay-as-you-go plan with a $20.00 (cash) card- without even using the phone- my balance went from $20.00 to $9.00 as if by magic! my phone calls have availed me nothing- and when asked for more information, they wouldn't so much as give me the name or address to whom i could speak (did you know that noone there has a last name?) they were rude and downright abusive- and then they hung up on me- three times! i am disabled, on a fixed income, and cannot afford to allow companies like this steal from me and then have the gall to laugh about it, or treat it like a joke. please help! or please point me in the right direction for my grievance. thank you for your kind consideration!

Scammers!
Brand new activated CC was given to Virgin Mobile charges was applied that was not authorized... they say they they will put you on 18 cents pay as you go but put you on 20 cent plan cheap phones - and then simone which is automated answering service is the worse. You can not understand her she does not understand you and Virgin Mobile puts you on hold while extremely loud music plays -worse company to do any business with.
I feel sorry for the workers who have to follow company policy's over worked under payed!

Can't get a good english speaking person on phone for help
I am very annoyed with their phone support customer service.
Good luck finding someone that speaks clear English...
How can I get a problem solved or question answered when the person answering the phone speaks very bad English?
Email takes a bit long for answers... at least lately.

keep deducting in checking account

i bought virgin mobile prepaid cellphone at wallmart also card worth 50.oo dollars, then when my card is run off i go to the virgin online website . Theirs a good deal plan to choices... so purchased online 1000 minutes worth almost 29.99dollars, of course when i purchased by using my master card.
In fast few weeks i received online statement from my bank i was so shock thats very rediculos amount almost 1000.00 dollars cost deducted to my checking account.
I called phone company they told me no company inform regarding my excess minutes ... they given me every call 5.95 .. even calling for there customer support. they charge...so please be aware of that phone company...
