The service from virgin mobile call centre in Johannesburg is pathetic. This is the 04th time since 19 April 2009 that i sent my cell in for repairs, and is unexeptable. I sent my phone in on the 19th July 2010 and still waiting for it, I have spoken to various people but no one seem to come back to me at all, i am calling since Friday the 27th August 2010 and NO ONE WANT TO PUT ME THROUGH TO A MANAGER i am really pissed off. They can't even help you. I don't want a loan fone at all, I want a new fone but they refuse to give me a new fone. I know any other company will give you a new one after the 2nd/3rd time you take it back for the same problem. I only had my phone like 8 months the rest of the time it is in for repairs. why are VIRGIN so full of problems. I am still under warranty, after a huge fight with them, my papers say I am under warranty but the company said I am not I have to pay in amount of R841.00 but after a long fight that has being sorted out.
