I ORDERED A VIRGIN MOBILE PHONE ON NOV 14 2010 FOR $10.68 WHICH WAS NOT BAD AT FIRST. BUT DAYS WENT BY AND NO PHONE. SO I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE ON NOV 18 2010 AND THEY HAD NO RECORD OF MY ORDER BUT THEY HAD ALREADY DEBITED MY ACCOUNT. SO AFTER WAITING 23MIN ON THE PHONE THEY FOUND MY ORDER AND STATED THAT I SHOULD RECEIVE MY PHONE SHORTLY. LATER THAT DAY I RECEIVED THE PHONE.SO I WENT ONLINE TO ACTIVATE MY PHONE AND UNABLE TO SO I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY SAID THAT THEY HAD NOT YET SENT THE PHONE CAUSE THERE OUT OF STOCK AND THE PHONE THAT I HAVE IS NOT IN THE SYSTEM BUT THEY WILL REGISTER IT. THAT IT WILL TAKE 4 DAYS AND THAT THEY WILL CALL ME BACK.
ON NOV 23 2010 I CALLED THEM BACK THE SAME THING. NOW DEC 1 2010 THEY TELL ME THEY CANT ACTIVATE PHONE CAUSE ITS NOT IN THE SYSTEM. THEY CANT REFUND ME CAUSE ITS NOT IN THE SYSTEM. AND THEY CANT SENT ME A PHONE CAUSE I ALREADY HAVE THE PHONE. CANT RETURN IT WITHOUT A RETURN AUTORIZATION NUMBER BUT CANT GET ONE CAUSE THE PHONE IS NOT IN THE SYSTEM. SO PLEASE ANYONE CONSIDERING VIRGIN MOBILE PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSNESS SOME WHERE AND SAVE YOUR MONEY, TIME AND YOUR SANITY TOO...
