BROADBAND!
VIRGIN is the WORST company ever that i dealt with!!!
Customer service is SHOCKING! Beign waiting for 3 days already for a manager to call me.
Ive had my line installed on the 28th February and today is the 9 march and still no broadband, i called yesterday and parrently my order failed and now i must wait another week!!! Just spoken to someone at the call centre, he puts me on hold while im talking!!! other internet providers installs the line and internet the SAME DAY!!! not waiting for a 2 weeks just for your brandband!! Everytime i call the call centre they keep saying ' i dont no'.. what the F***!!!
Shocking!!! i WILL NOT REFER ANYONE TO GO TO VIRGIN!

Scam
I am on a three year contract with virgin and i have had my phone for about a year and a half now, and for the most part ive been pretty satisfied, a few problems but on the whole pretty happy, so about 2 weeks ago i got some extras put on my phone and was loving it but then a week ago my phone began to screw up, half of my screen would go black and the other half would go fuzzy, not only can i not use the text (which is part of my plan) but i cant even see the clock. i dont think its the extras put on the phone i was planning on keeping them i just wanted my phone fixed. So after trying for hours to speak with someone i decided to go down to the virgin booth and explain my problem, and when i left i was even more upset, there excuse pretty much was that its electronic nothing last forever and that its a LG rumor, so it happens, so i asked if its such a cruddy phone why sell it! so when i left i attempted to phone customer service again and i finally got to speak to someone who was just as unhelpful, i told them its not my fault the phones broken ive taken care of it and i do not wish to spend $100 to get a new phone and even more to end my contract i told them to atleast give me a credit to fix my phone and there response is well the warinty is only good for a year, so i dont get why make 3 year contracts if your only covered for a year? so now im stuck with a phone that is pretty well useless. All i would like it to either be let out of my contract or a phone that works, its pretty sad that alkl they care about is selling a phone and then the moment you buy it they couldnt care to help you.

Unauthorized charges
Virgin mobile has charged my creditcard 28 differant charges 17 of which were on the same day. they admitted they were fraudulent charges but will not refund my money. virgin mobile is not secure. my money probably went to the taliban. everone you talk to is middle eastern and my money is gone forever. do not do business with virgin mobile.

poor comunication
Myself and my next door neighbour have recently joined virgin, we took the offer you had3 for 30 pound the sales rep made it sound like a great offer and said we could do a self install and this would save us time and money. well it didnt it just caused us alot of stress, firstly i couldnt connect mine because the main box to the house was a old one one and didnt work which we were not told the guy said it would work ok so i had to ring the customer service department to arrange a instillaion date so had to take the day off work and lose 55 pound for that, then after the guy had been to install the three iteams i could not use my internet apparently the server was down but the virgin guy i spoke to on the phone wasnt very helpfull at all in the end i just kept trying the internet untill i got it on, then when it finaly came on my wireless router didnt work and still doesnt i have reported this and i was told i would be given a new one which iam stil waiting for i have even payed out my own pocket for a computer guy to come out to try and sort the problem out as i was sick of being passed from person to person and not getting anywhere so iam still having to use the computer with a long wire attached to it which is very inconvienent as i am limited to where i can use the computer so for a very easy self install that would save me money ended up costing me a fortune and giving me a head ach then this morning was given a nice bill of them for 78 pound nice start to virgin lets hope i dont have any more problems as me and my family r looking forward to the services in which virgin media offer thanx julie johnson

dissconnecting and low range
I have bought a virgin broadband at home. I brought it on 26/03/08. I have already complating 1 time before but no change in it. so, i want to complaint that sometimes it dissconect when we use it and it has totol 5 towers but, it shows only 1-2 towers please chaek our range.

about internet Towors
I have taken a virgin broadband connection. But it does not work
good. I have taken that connection on 26/03/08. But the modem shows only one tower. Please increase our range and cheak .

slow speed
i am a virgin customer but virgin are a ppalin they do not help theire staff say they will test your speed and then said they would phone you back but they never do theire sevice is a joke we are paying for rubbish and then they charge you 25 amin to phone them and your on the phone for a good 20 min and you still get no answer to the problem they are a disgrace and are riping customers off with teire charges
