THIS COMPANY WILL RIP YOU OFF BIG TIME!!! I have been dealing with this company since August. First they put you in a really crappy hotel instead of the one you actually booked (which of course as far as they are concerned is your fault; then on the flights to wherever you are going, you are not even guaranteed to sit next to each other (we did not on either flight);
then when you file a complaint, they have someone call you and then the run-around begins. I have spoken to four different people; and each one piles more manure on top of what the others have put out there. First I was told that they couldn't do anything because the mistake was mine by a booking agent. When I complained again I was called by yet another person. Every time the question is "What can we do to keep you as a customer?" The woman said that she would check with her customer service higher ups; and "if we could offer you a voucher for a stay at the Great Parnassus (which is the nice hotel I booked in the first place), would that help keep me as a customer? WHICH OF COURSE WAS NOT A POSSIBILITY!!! While I was waiting for a response from the second person in line, I recieved a message that perhaps the first hotel was overbooked and I was relocated from a third person. Then the second person called back and suggested that she could maybe get my transportation costs refunded (this truned out to be the costs of the transfers from the airport to the hotel ;the crappy hotel; they relocated me too). This amount was a whole $41. WOO HOO!!! Then I spoke to yet another person who said that; "If I could offer you a 10% discount on your next hotel booked with us - would that keep you as a customer?" RUN LIKE H--L FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They are the kings of the run around! It's sad that these companys are allowed to rip people off and ruin their vacations, and no one seems to be able to stop them.
