i HAVE HAD VIRGIN BROADBAND FOR ABOUT 8/9MNTHS, FROM THE OFFSET I HAVE HAD MY BILLS SENT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. THIS CAUSED ME LATE PAYMENT CHARGES SO I CALLED VIRGIN MEDIA EVERY MONTH TO CHANGE MY ADRESS AND THEY ASSURED ME THEY DID, BUT THE NEXT BILL WOULD BE THE SAME, AND I WOULD HAVE OCCURRED ALL THESE CHARGES SO I PAYED THEM SO AS NOT O GET INTO DEBT.
WELL ON THE LAST TIME I CALLED YOUR CUSTIMER SERVICES I ASKED HOW MUCH I HAD PAID FOR A £9.50 PER MONTH CHARGE, I HAVE UP TO THIS DATE PAID ALMOST £260.00 APROX, THIS IS FAR TOO MUCH AND WOULD LIKE SOME SORT OF HELP AS OVER THE PHONE THEY ARE NOT INTRESTED AND HAVE BEEN OF NO HELP TOO ME AT ALL, BUT HAVE TAKEN MY MONEY VERY QUICKLY I NOW DO NOT KNOW HOW TO GET MY MONEY BACK FOR THERE MISTAKE, THAT EVERY MONTH I TRIED TO RECTIFY, BUT WITH NO SATISFACTION.
