With reference to the above and on receipt of your sms for credit card outstanding amount of Rs.1645/- for the above credit card no., I am submitting as under :

Kindly referred your data about withdrawn annual Fee for both credit cards as referred above for Rs.1050/-and service tax thereon last year by the bank. My above credit cards are totally free from annual fees as per information given by your bank at the time of issuing the card. There is no annual fees charged before this on my above credit card. Therefore you are requested to withdraw the annual fees for the said card and reverse the said amount in my next statement. If you are unable to do this, you are requested to cancel my both cards as early as possible and intimate me for the same.

I BOUGHT A VISA DEBIT CARD FROM WALMART
AND I CALLED AND HAD IT ACTIVATED OVER THE PHONE AND THEY TOLD ME THAT I WOULD
RECEIVE MY VISA CARD IN THE MAIL IN 7 TO 10
DAYS AND IT'S BEEN ALOT LONGER THAN THAT.
WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED MY VISA CARD?
