bad employees

THERE IS TWO PEOPLE NAMES PATRICIA AND THE OTHER IS (MANAGER) DAVID.
I CALL TO CANCEL A TRANSATION AMOUNT $ 8.78.00 HAVING THE AUTORIZATION NUMBERS AND ALSO TEH ID MERCHANT NUMBER.
THIS TWO LOW IMAGE PERSON PUT ME TO WAY FOR UNE HOUR 1/2 TO TRY TO HELP ME.
GUEST WHAT?. THEY NEVER DID.
WHY?
SIMPLE THE LOOCK OF KNOLAGE FOR WHAT THEY DOING.
TO ME WAS TOTAL FRUSTRATION WITH THIS PATRICIA AND DAVID WORKIN AGAINGS A VISA COMPANY.
I WILL MAKE THIS PUBLIC ALL THE WAY IN THE INTERNET CHATS AND YOU TUBE.THIS WAY THIS CAIN A BACK EMPLOYEES GET WHAT THEY DESERVED.

We are not able to use the card for anything

I have bought 2 of these cards, one for $30.00 and another one for $150.00 I bought them to use to get parts for my Toyota pick up on line and the stupid cards will not work. I gave out my information and nothing gets paid for. Tomorrow, I will be placing a call to the Attourney General's Office in St. Paul, MN and I will be filing a complaint against Visa and WalMart, you have screwed me out of $198.00, and for what? NOTHING! Those stinking cards are a joke and WalMart shouldn't be helping VISA screw people out of their hard earned money. I am going to be demanding all of my money back and that WalMart stop selling VISA's no good for nothing cards.
