On 01/06/2011, we bought ugg boots at the uggpower.com site paying by visamasterpay and so far, January 24 we do not have got anything. Is this a fraude???

I was scammed through visamasterpay. I contacted the FBI at http://www.fbi.gov/contact-us. Each and every person needs to do this so that we can put a stop to this. If anyone you know has received their items please email at dorriecs116@hotmail.com so we can show a glimmer of hope here! My daughter had a rough year, lost her fiance and delivered her first baby! I wanted to do something nice and buy her Ugg boots and tried to be cheap. Please let me know what has happened if anything!

This company represents a seller of MBT shoes. They sell knock off product for 1/2 of what these shoes sell for in the US. I refused the package and it was sent back. I filed a complaint with Visamasterpay.com and they collected the info from the seller, and charged my account again saying I received the merchandise- even though I returned it. Visa provided me with their documentation which said merchant was going to resend- which they never did. I have gone rounds with both Visa Masterpay and Chase- both will do nothing and the email representative for Visamasterpay just sends random emails and never refunds. I have no idea what to do now nobody says they have the authority to do anything
