I ordered a purse from juicy-bags-sale online and they used visamasterpay.com as their third party biller. Juicy bags contacted me 24 hours after my order offering a full discount because the product was out of stock and I accepted the discount of course. The next day my debit card was charged for the order, wouldn't have been a big deal because I know these things usually get processed before refunded except that they charged me $4 extra. I thought this was odd and went to contact them only to find that the complaint page of their website comes up as "invalid domain" and the phone number they gave me in my email receipt belongs to another company. Be warned - these guys are scammers! I recommend no one shop from juicy-bags-sale.com either until they sever their relationship with these frauds.
