I decided to leave this company after working there as the production manager. The companies operation manager Dan Sanders failed to pay out what was due to me upon departure, I had to call the parent company (Greenstar-na) to get resolution. I left due to the companies history of not reporting accidents properly and creating unsafe situations for associates in order to fulfill sales quotas. Terrible working conditions!
