Dear Ebayer,

We don't know why our cover has deteriorated so quickly as the product's
lifespan should have continued for at least a few more months (all car covers
deteriorate over time.)

Generally, you can send the product back for a refund minus the shipping
within 60 days of payment.

However, we can have a new one sent out to you for $25 to cover the cost of
shipping and most of the product's cost value.
(California Residents need to pay $27.50 to cover the cost of tax)

We apologize for any inconvenience and are open to any further input you have
about resolving any issues you have.
