Ordered product online and paid for cost of product as well as postage. Received product within a couple of days, great, but then noticed that I had been double billed. Took up my query by calling their uk call centre, but, was advised that I best fill out a claim form on their website. This I did but have yet to hear from them. Its absolutely amazing how this is possible for a company to double charge and carry on with normal business.
Absolute rip off.

I paid the full amounts for the viswiss products but I had been overcharged the so-called FOREIGN TRANSACTION FEES, then I called them several times about the fees, but they just ignored my problem.

I purchased two bottles and got one free of a Viswiss product through Nathans Natural. Before purchasing I looked through the ingredient list and did not find any problems for me. When I received the product I tried one tablet and had a bad reaction. I looked at the ingredients and found that it included Niacin. I am allergic to Niacin. I called Viswiss customer service and told them of the problem. The representative said send the unopened bottles back for a full refund minus shipping and handling, which is guaranteed on the web site. When I receivd my credit card bill with Nanthans charge there was also an amount refunded. I paid $119.90 and the refund was $39.97 . I called them and asked the reason for not receiving a full refund and was give more excuses than I can name. Bottom line was I was not going to receive anymore money. Bottom line they have charged me $79.93 for one bottle which I can not use. The normal cost for one bottle on their site is $59.95. To me this is a very unscrupulous way to do business and my recommendation to any customer is not to business with either one of these companies. If you can't make money doing business the right way, then you should not be in business.
