After ordering a free trial sample paying only for shipping $5.95, I was surpised to see two charges on my credit card for 74.95 each from VIT ACAI and another charge from their affliate a company named VITALIS for 24.95, which I had no knowledge of its existance nor had any contact with it. After calling these two companies the response was we can't refund your money. The VIT ACAI 1-877-653-0015, said the second charge was for a bottle that was being sent by mail. I told them that I don't want it. They responded even if you send it back we will not refund you the charges. The second company, VITALIS 1-800-913-7084, did not send me any product but their charges was a service which I never requested nor received.
When I receive the free sample I got only a bottle in the envelop there was no sales slip or any phone number or address where i could get ahold of them to cancel. I found out about the charges by checking my credit card statement with their phone number on the charge.
I have no interest in using the product and hopefully no one else do. Because the only thing you are going to lose is your peace of mind and your money. I want a refund! I want my money back!

So many of the details on this company are unknown. I noticed additional charges beyond the $5.95 for shipping of $24.95 and $64.95 on my card and immediately contacted my credit card company to have the charges suspended and investigated. I also had them cancel the affected credit card and issue one with a new number so that they can't charge anything additional or provide the number to any of their other little scam buddies mentioned above.

REQUEST A CARD NUMBER CHANGE IMMEDIATELY OR CHARGES WILL CONTINUE!!!
