Lies, lies, lies... and RUDE!!
I had ordered from Vitaglo.com for about 5 years without any issues. I place an order about every 2 months, so was doing a lot of business with them. The past 3 orders I placed had issues. The one before my most recent, I ordered on a Monday morning. It typically ships out the same day and I received it by Wednesday. I received an e-mail on Friday after 5 p.m. saying there was an issue with the credit card. It was my mistake, I entered the number incorrectly. The e-mail said to call Monday to correct it. What in the world took them 5 DAYS to tell me my credit card didn't go through. They processed the order on Monday, why didn't they contact me then? Instead I have to wait an entire week.
My most recent order I placed last Monday morning. Again, usually ships that day, I get e-mail confirmation and tracking number, and I have my order on Wed. By Thursday I still hadn't received a tracking number. I called to inquire about it. I was told it was waiting on an item to get in stock (there were 5 items on the order), and that it was shipping out that day (Thursday) and I would get a tracking number via e-mail. No tracking number Thurs, no tracking number Fri. So I called on Monday to inquire again. This time I was told, by the same person who told me it was shipping Thursday, that it went out Friday. Later Monday night I finally get my tracking number via e-mail and it went out MONDAY! Why not just tell me that instead of lying about it? Sheesh!! Not to mention, every other supplement company I've bought from ships what they DO have of your order to you immediately, and ships the back-ordered item(s) when they become available... and keep you informed in the meantime.
And I've called about 5 times over the past 5 years and every time the person has been rude and short with me on the phone. I never really thought much of it until I started reading what everybody else here has been writing. I've continued going back to them because of the free shipping over $50. Yes, they have good prices, but I know of a half dozen other sites that have similar prices, I just liked the free shipping. But after my past few experiences, and reading what everyone else has been going through, I'd rather pay for shipping and know I'm dealing with a company on the up and up.

Please beware of this company
Please beware of this company!!! I placed an order for 6 Queen Helene products on 7/1 which I haven't received yet. I called them on the 6th & was told it would shipped Wednesday and would be sent a tracking email which I'm still waiting on.
I have called back several times and no one answers the phone. I have also sent a email inquiring about my products or a refund of my money.
My next step is to report this thieves to the BBB. I'm never been a part of an online scam, and this is blowing my mind.

Correct billing but not what is in the box
I received order today . All was fine but the emergen-c that i ordered.. Someone put 1000mg of vitamin C emergen-c when it was clearly marked on order, 1000mg of MSM in emergen-c. 4 boxes and they are all wrong!!! i have been a customer for years and i hope this is a freak of nature since never had a problem before this order. what to do? waiting for reply thanks steve kessler i don't want to spend the time sending back these boxes but i may have to do it.. to much time involve waiting to weeks for the order to get to you and 2 more weeks for it to come back. maybe you can offer me what i wanted for a discount and no shipping charge??

Beware
This vitamin/supplements so called business uses deceiving tactic for no apparent reason. My wife ordered several packages of Mulberry Extract. They took her credit card number but never sent anything. When she called again a rude (male) customer rep told her he could send only one package. Again, they have never sent anything. When she called the third time the very same customer rep (owner?) was EXTREMLY RUDE and hung up on her. They have never charged our credit card though.

Horrible customer service
Avoid rhis company because not only is there no customer service, there is no civility and the guy that answers the phone is just plain nuts. I called to find out why they placed an additional charge against my credit card. The man answering the phone went ballistic. He said they did not have the 1lb that I ordered so they sent me 2lbs and placed another charge on my card. This was without my authorization and apparently they are unable to communicate to customers when this happens. When you ask this guy why he is being so rude, he gets worse and slamsthe phone down. If you send an email to customer service, you will get no response whatsoever. This is one of the worst (and craziest) experiences I have ever had over a simple inquiry.

Rude and poor customer service
Never received my order, so called several times to check on it. It was backordered. I was never notified. I finally, after a few weeks, said to please refund my money because it was a product I needed. The man in customer service said he would. I started to express myself nicely on the poor customer service - I said, "listen..." He interrupted and said, "I just told you I am going to refund your money, so I don't need to get yelled at." I wasn't yelling! He was short with me every time I was on the phone. Six weeks after initial order, I get an email that says my product has shipped. I checked my bank account, and I had never received the refund. Supposedly the product is on the way. I have never been treated so poorly and will never order from Vitaglo.com again. I will also warn all my friends.

Beware
I couldn't order because the man who picked up the phone repetitively hung up on me. He also verbally insulted me for asking simple product questions, such as where are you located?, and how long does it take to ship to me? When I was mid-sentence and tried to ask the questions related to my order he literally hung upthe phone . I called back and said, I believe this number is posted on the website, I am bewildered at why you would hang up on a customer. He was quite insane and began to speak in a childish tone about having to many questions for him. I asked a total of 3 questions before he hung up.I think he must be a scam or something. Stay away from this man, who is the owner of vitaglo. I have a feeling the products are old anyway from the reviews of other customers.
I am also guessing that the excellent reviews on this site are someone he knows or just himself trying to sound good because I read the other online reviews from another review site and 99% reflected my poor opinion of vitaglow.

Overcharged, rude service, refund promised never sent.
Mike Schwartz was very rude on the phone and I was a loyal customer. I was overcharged and when I spoke to him about it he indicated that he would refund me but calls back went to voice mail and I never got anything back. Also one bottle was deformed and looked like the label was scraped off a little and the product smelled like it was old.
When I talked to the company about it his reply was rude saying "some bottles look like that" and there is "nothing wrong with the bottle". I will never order from Vitaglo again.
