This Company withdrew from my checking account via my debit card $4.51 in Nov. 08 and I didn't catch it and so then they withdrew $78.33 in Dec 08 causing me to have overdrafts and costing me hundreds of dollars... I wish I could get in touch with them but when I call the number they have listed its an old lady who tells me it's her home number... This is unbelievable that they can get away with this... Please beware if you see VITAL HEALTH SYSTEM on your bank statement...
