Unautorized Charges, Won't Refund
I'm glad not the only one who got ripped off by these parasites. Also purchased the 'Free Trial' offer in March 28th and still fighting with them.
Received supplements on April 7th, only to find out that they were shipped from CHINA. Same day of receiving supplements, attempted to call the 1-800 customer service number only to get a recording. I emailed them many, many times trying to cancel membership (I have copies of all emails as thick as the Almanac).
Then six days after I received the first supplements, got another package in the mail. I have been charged a grand total of $165.85 with nothing resolved. Raced to bank to stop everything, got a new bank number re-issued and I currently have a disbute case against them through bank.
They finally gave me a return address to send supplements back, but guess where...China. That cost me $45.00 to send them back. Since then have not heard from them, after many, many emails trying to verify if they in fact received the package...Until today, received an email from a customer services rep by the name of Dean Miles threating to sue me. I cannot believe these people.
According to their website under Terms and Conditions, a customer has the right to cancel membership within 15 days of order. I cancelled the day I received the supplements which was 11 days from the day I ordered. I called and left several messages along with emails. They broke their Terms and Conditions and they have the nerve to try to sue me!! Give me a break. If I have to hire an attorney to get these slim-balls, I will. I'm on a mission!!
Please find a complaint to www.ic3.gov, the Better Business Breau, Send a letter to your Attorney General's Office in your state and the Federal Trade Commission, we've got to do something.
