I ordered a product on June 18, 2009 and was advised I would be charged 5.95 USD for shipping and handling. After a 14-day trial period, they would then process a charge of 79.95 USD for the product. I never received this product, however on July 3, 2009 they processed the charges.

I have been in numerous emails with this company to no avail- my credit card company is now involved in a dispute process with this company. They have offered a partial refund, a new product, sent me verification of a refund that was an order for a totally different customer, advised they item was shipped but refused delivery- this again was for a customer in the USA- I reside in Canada. They haven't returned phone messages and it appears they continue to play the game until a customer just gives up.

I purchased a "free" bottle of pills that was show to help aging. The information that explained that I had to send back the bottle within 15 days was buried in the small "links" at the bottom of the page. My credit card was acceesed for $79.95 plus an additional $2.00 international charge. My bank said that I have to return the product so they can process a claim. I can't find an address to send it to.

I like so many others, placed an order based on what I had read about the product and it's endorsements from Oprah, Dr.Oz and 60 Minutes; that was on March 4 2009. On March 26th I received a box 4" X4 " from China, 23 days after I made the order from Vital Rez V for a free trial and only the cost of $5.95. I also was directed to use their FREE SHIPPING COMPANY CMG.
A few days after taking the pills I became very ill and so I returned them with a Cancel Order letter from me, to the only return address that I had, the one on the box, in Beijing China.
To date I have been billed three times, from three different companies plus three shipping charges of $11.24 that is close to $400.00 as of today. The three comapnies that have charged me are Vital rez V, Super Life Products and Pure G Health. I only received one bottle ( which was returned) I have not received anything else from this company, but a series of constant emails either thanking me for my order or telling me a new shipment is on the way. Forget about phoning them you end up with a huge long distance bill and empty promises about cancelling!!!
I contacted Visa on April 24th, after many attempts to deal with the situation. Visa seems to know this SCAM very well and I have sent them 32 pages of documentation to back up my complaint. What the outcome will be I can't say, but I think we all have to get together and perhaps put up a website of warning which at least will help all of the innocent people who are thinking or ordering this product from being SCAMMED as well.
If anyone has any idea of how we find the principals of this company or how we can get or money back, please let me and everyone else know...Thanks

Don't even think about ordering this product on the net. It will be your biggest nightmare come true.

Once these people have your credit card number they use it to steal your money.

You can never contact thier support web, it is just a scam.

They say call, yes you can call if you want to wait on the line for one hour long distance from Canada to the U.S. Even when you get to someone they never do as they say that they will.

I made the mistake of ordering vital rez v . I paid shipping and handling charges, no problem, then 14 days later I get charged 99.99 canadian for not returning the unused portion of pills. Well everyone I never recieved any pills to return.
I call -yes someone assured me that they would cancel the order and speak to the management about the charges.

One week later I get an email saying my delivery failed and they were sending a "replacement " order. Havn't I already mentioned that I asked them to cancel the order. So without my authorization I have another order that they charge me for. Now my visa is up to 207.04.

I don't know who to turn to so I called visa and those wonderful people took one charge off my visa. They could not take the second charge off because it wasn't on long enough. Thank you visa for saving my butt.

If you need me to help put these people out of scamming seniors on fixed incomes I will be right behind you, in whatever circumstance I will help you.
