Supposed FREE Trial
I thought I was getting a FREE trial for Vital Rezv supplements. I paid the postage and handing fee as specified on the offer. That was about two or more months ago. I saw nothing to indicate that I would be expected to pay more or to keep getting the supplements.

Then the day before yesterday, my credit card company informed me of two charges that looked suspicious to them. I had no idea what they were talking about at the time, so they took the charges off, and cancelled the credit card for me.

Then yesterday I received an email from the Vital Rez people---under a name I never heard of before, informing me that I had been billed someting like $89.00 for another shipment. Plus my credit card company had told me that there were two charges from the same people. The charges were from "Easy Pay or E Z Pay" or something to that effect.

I called the number indicated on my email, and they pretty much said that I was obligated to pay the full amount for the "free sample" after a certain amount of time (that I didn't know about). and that by not informing them anything, had agreed to get more shipments at something like $89.00 a month.

Of course, I told them I wasn't paying another dime, and that any shipments that came to my house would be sent back without being opened. I had to hang up after that, because I could see that they were just as determined to keep me on the hook.

Fraudulent charge
They took $4.00 shipping fee and then within a few weeks with no product sent - they charged me $175.85. I wrote back asking they desist from charging me anything more and refund my money as I hadn't received anything. I got a series of gmail addreeses telling me that they wanted their product back before any refund - but I had received no product. Finally my credit card company refunded the $4.00 and then the $79.95 plus exchange rate and shipping fee, as it was over 30 days since the origianl transaction and I had received nothing.

Then this Monday I received the pills by mail. I haven't opened the package and want to send it back to their 434-3044 Bloor street west address but I don't want to pay one cent. There is still the $85.90 plus exchange plus shipping fee on my credit card and I am not sure what to do. Can you please advise? Thanks.

Pills made in China
I applied for a free sample of Vital Rezv, they never explain that the pills are coming from China, I think that people should know that.
Beside the pills arrived after 14 days, so I never was able to send them back, and I was charge of 79.95 us dollars.
Don't take pills from China!!!

Unauthorized charge
My-vitalrezv.com advertize a free 14-day trial, ship the first 0.12-gram bottle for the outrageous US $29.95 fee and then 14 days later, automatically charge you $ 86 even if this means actually 6 days trial (in other words shipping time is included in the "free" trial, which appears not to be free at all ). Two days after they charged the first $86 and 8 days after I received the "free" order, they withdrew money for a second bottle without being authorized to do so. The fishy thing about it is that they ship the bottles from one address in China and instruct you to return the pills to another address in a different province in China if you refuse the order. In fact they claim that the address written by them on the EMS form that accompanies the bottle is not theirs. Who are these guys? They simply rip people off in broad daylight without anyone taking steps against their attitude. What a shame!

Subject: Impossible!

Hello,

I could not follow your instructions.According to the legal stipulations of the Romanian customs, sending the bottle to the address indicated by you would have meant my signing, opening and then reshipping the bottle to the new address.

I therefore signed that I refused to open the package and it will be returned to you to the original address: Li Na, Tianjin, Duo Da Ltd, Chang Jiang Dao 8 No Tian Jin.
They asked me to advise you to fax the postal office there to forward the bottle to the address in Guangzhou.

Regards,
Silviana Giurca
PS I'm looking forward to receiving my full refund plus the promised US$20 bonus for the first bottle. You should know that by charging me for the second bottle within two days from the first charge you created an overdraft of US $65 in my bank account. If I do not get a full refund I will have no other choice but proceed with the Fraud Department of the BBT bank, US.

Hello,

Let's clarify the following:
- I did not authorize you to take money from my bank account for another doze of ' vital rezv'
- You withdrew money from my account on 07/27/09 and notified me about this on 08/08/09.
- Neither the bank nor I could reach you at the telephone number that appears in connection with the aforesaid withdrawal.
- I contacted the Fraud department of the bank to file Dispute.
- I only ordered your so called free 14-day trial which was shipped to Romania (shipping costs were ridiculous) and arrived ten days later...so anyone can easily see that the advertised free 14 days were mostly shipping time, which was not free at all.
- I do not need nor want any other doze shipped to that address and I don't remember having a subscription with you.
- Anything shipped other than the first bottle (30 capsules) will be returned to you and I expect the money for the last withdrawal to be put back in my bank account.

Truly,
Silviana G.
PS Thank you for your continued enrollment in our Value Rewards

Subject: No way!

Hello,

You took money from my bank account on 07/29/09 and you wrote to notify me about this on 08/08/09????

I did not order any renewal of whatever supplement you think you 're shipping and I've already contacted the Bank's Fraud department. I do not want to have money taken from my account without being told about it.

I want to discontinue any such operations and I want you to put the money back in my account. I do not need and I do not want any of your orders, so the MXT Supplement, whatever that is, will be returned to you.

I do not condone with abusive treatment and I think what you've done is just it.

Look forward to hearing from you.

Sincerely.
Silviana Giurca
PS I suspected foul play from the very beginning, so I'm afraid I'll have to return to the first page of the story when you advertised 14-day free trial and charged me after 6 days. I still have the remaining 23 pills, correspondence and shipping details to prove my case should I have to take legal action.

Internet Scam
Vital Rezv is a scam. Do not purchase free trial. They will bill you in 14 days for $79.95 or more under a different company name and number. You will not beable to reply to emails or phone numbers or return the product. The only way to stop the unauthorized charges or debits will be to close your account down and you will never get your money back.

Wrongly billed
I ordered free trial. After that I was billed twice for what I did not order for more than USD 150.

Internet Scam
I'm glad not the only one who got ripped off by these parasites. Also purchased the 'Free Trial' offer in March 28th and still fighting with them.

Received supplements on April 7th, only to find out that they were shipped from CHINA. Same day of receiving supplements, attempted to call the 1-800 customer service number only to get a recording. I emailed them many, many times trying to cancel membership (I have copies of all emails as thick as the Almanac).

Then six days after I received the first supplements, got another package in the mail. I have been charged a grand total of $165.85 with nothing resolved. Raced to bank to stop everything, got a new bank number re-issued and I currently have a disbute case against them through bank.

They finally gave me a return address to send supplements back, but guess where...China. That cost me $45.00 to send them back. Since then have not heard from them, after many, many emails trying to verify if they in fact received the package...Until today, received an email from a customer services rep by the name of Dean Miles threating to sue me. I cannot believe these people.

According to their website under Terms and Conditions, a customer has the right to cancel membership within 15 days of order. I cancelled the day I received the supplements which was 11 days from the day I ordered. I called and left several messages along with emails. They broke their Terms and Conditions and they have the nerve to try to sue me!! Give me a break. If I have to hire an attorney to get these slim-balls, I will. I'm on a mission!!

Please find a complaint to www.ic3.gov, the Better Business Breau, Send a letter to your Attorney General's Office in your state and the Federal Trade Commission, we've got to do something.
