While I would agree that this firm's juicer machine is amazing, all will be well till you need a spare part if the drum or drum cap crack in use under warranty. Twice, this has happened to me and the first time I spent much time e mailing various address world wide, as the address on my original paperwork no longer functioned and the firm had not alerted me to any change, not so clever when you are offering a 20 year warranty.I finally gave up on them as I really needed this machine to work asap, and bought a a drum from an UK firm selling original spares. You will see there are no spares for sale on this firm's site.
THe second time round, the drum cap cracked, and a photo was demanded. I said I could not send one online, not having the technology. They also proposed charging me £4.00 to send a 75gram part. so I balked at this and said I would use the alternative supplier. They then said my 20 year warranty was now VOID because I had gone elsewhere and the other company's part would render the machine at risk( although I knew from the other supplier that he gets his original parts from Vitality4 life as well as buying their machines!!!) This firm needs to up its customer service.
