This company advertised on facebook--a free trial for 15days of their product--foolish me fell for it--tired at the time and not thinking clearly. I took down the number to cancel, just in case. After submitting my info I had a bad feeling about it all. The next day (today) I tried calling the number to cancel--got a machine giving me a website--but it only gave some info to FAQ--googled them only to find out they have many unhappy--scammed customers. They said the billing would show as "Trading Planet Ltd" on my credit card--called my credit card company and it was billed under "vitality clean"--they are based in the U.K so the amount billed was a little higher too(due to exchange and their money worth more then can funds...)I did find an email address that they say you can cancel through only to have an email sent back saying the address was "unattended" and therefore not delivered--how convenient for them--I can't reach them by phone or email--so I cancelled my credit card and reported them as the fraudsters that they are. These people need to be put in jail for life--they are pure evil. I'm thankful I did not lose hundreds of dollars the way most of their victims have.

Ordered free 14 day trial costing 4.95, later found was billed £75.34 twice on the same day for i dont know what, can not get in touch with the company.

I opened a pop-up on MSN for a 'free' sample of Acai berry and colon cleanse diet capsules. I didn't realise that when I gave my debit card details which were supposedly to cover postage and packaging, that I was agreeing to monthly charges for non-existent pills which never arrived. Two payments were taken from my account before I noticed and I had to cancel my debit card to prevent any further charges

This company should be shut down and all money refunded, IMMEDIATELY!!!

I signed up for the free months trial for acai berry supplements, after a month I noticed that an amount of £74, 73, on Aug 26, had been taken from my account by Vitality Clean - I called the number to cancel and given a cancellation number but I am still having amounts taken from my account again on Sept 29 for £76.57 and Oct 8 for £77.08.

I have asked my bank not to allow any more payments to be taken but they told me that I will have to contact the company again, it took me long enough to get the first cancellation number!

Vitality Clean charged my account more than a hundred dollars. The charge was made from Nova Scotia in a city where I have never been. There was a pop up window (which is also NOT allowed in Canada) and the window advertised a sample vitamin and the sample was paid for through a credit card. I never received any OTHER products from this company. My credit card was charged an additional amount. I have also had a charge on my account from Singapore and the Mastercard is looking into the charge.

There should be a world wide alert out for this company.
