Billed 119.02 USD twice
I also bought two 'free' samples of health products. I paid the P&P and now two items are on my account, both for USD119.02 . This replicates what I have seen on this page.

I purchased a trial bottle and had over $ 400 charged to my visa. What a dishonest rip off.

taken money with out permission and no goods received
I have been charged for goods that I have not received, and nrver requested. I purchased a free trial of £3.00 and from then on have been charged £74 for goods. Not only is this not made clear when entring in to this trial. it is virtualy impossible to contact them to cancel. The credit card company is not helpful as they say they can not stop the payments being taken.

Money taken out of my account without permission
I like other people bought a bottle of tabs for 4euros and have been billed every month for 84euros & 61cent, Its all a scam, Ive emailed and phoned the company but was always given some Excuise or another phone no to ring, I even got onto my credit card company, Im sick of it now

The advertised free sample - which is not free at all. They make sure they are unnattainable to contact them. They will take your money out of your bank account without approval or charge it to your visa. Even if you phone them and are assured that you will not be charged anything and that they have accepted your call to cancel out of this they will still charge you. They don't even send you the product.

I paid for tablets a free trial suposedly just pay for postage £3.95 and find I have had £75 taken out of my English account, what can be done to stop this fraudilant behavior...

resolution to cc charges
Unfortunately I too was scammed by this company, but I did not read the agreement before signing, so I did it to myself, I guess. My contact at MasterCard was extremely helpful and gave me two phone numbers in Canada to contact them: 416-900-1137 or 780-833-1139. I was told to get an ID # and a cancellation # when I called to cancel these orders. I phone the first number and after waiting almost 15 minutes on hold, I spoke with a service rep who did cancel my account and gave me a cancellation #. She refused however to give me her ID # - only her first name, and then hung up on me. I immediately called MasterCard back and they told me that now that I have a cancellation # no further charges would be allowed on my account. Unfortunately, I have to eat the $266.88 CDN that was charged to my account because I didn't read the Agreement or comply with its terms. It has been a very expensive lesson, but one well learned. I will never, never, never provide my credit card to any website that I am not 110% sure is legitimate and I will never NOT read any Agreement again.

Free trial of Acai
A pop up screen appeared on my msn account, offering a free trial with a new natural weight loss tablet called Acai. The only cost was package and postage. I ordered them and gave them my debit card number. They with drew £3.63 on 10.8.09. Ireceived my free trial, which I had to stop after 2 days as it gave me diahorrea. I then noticed a further payment of £74.28 on 25.8.09 to Vitality Clean. I received no further tablets for this and when I tried to contact them on the number I was given by my bank it was discontinued. My bank advised me that 90% of there disputes were currently about this company and there was nothing they could do.Apparently when I accepted the offer I also agreed to paymonthly unless I cancelled within 14 days. I had no idea this was the case. Although I accept responsibility in not reading the terms and conditions I feel trhis is very under hand and a scam. When I received the free trial there was no information enclosed about the company or my agreement to accept monthly payments. I have tried to contact them but have no address or telephone number to cancelmy agreement. Could you please advise me of this and my next course of action. I have cancelled my debit card to stop any further payments.

acai capsule scam
Hello, I have just discovered this inscrupulous company has taken out $142.27 from my debit card after I provided with my details to pay for postage for a "free trial". I have now discovered I am not alone in my fury as many many other people have had the same thing happen to them. After reading a number of posts I have tried all phone numbers suggested to ring to put a stop to this, however, operator says not a proper number etc. I am in Australia so unsure of international codes etc. IS THERE ANY ONE FROM AUSTRALIA WHO HAS BEEN SUCCESSFUL IN CONTACTING THIS COMPANY?? If so I would greatly appreciate it if you could post the exact number and/or email address you used. I am feeling a mixture of extremely angry but also helpless and worried as I am so far unable to contact them. Thankyou!!

j'ai reçu gratuitement un flacon de chaque produit ne payant que les frais de port
et ce mois apparaissent sur mon compte bancaire 2 prelevements de 85 euros
je n'ai rien commandé d'autre et n'ai d'ailleurs rien reçu
comment me faire rembourser?
