I had returned the product and asked that it not be sent any more and I was titqally ignored. I no longer want this.

NOT RECEIVING REFUND
ordered the "trial" offer. Missed the 14day deadline for cancellation and emailed them to please cancel and stop shipment. I had to send more than one email before I receiced a reply which was no problem, however - oops! to late to stop the next shipment. 3 more shipment have been sent since the cancellation in July and I have refused delivery from the post office of all 3. Everytime I email regarding the cancellation and my refund, I keep getting the runaround. Have been offered a 50% refund which is ludicrous, when they have kept shipping after cancellation and I keep refusing delivery

Fraudulent charges
The product was shipped to me from China. No information in terms and agreement that the product was coming from any place else but the US. I have already been charged the amount of 79.95 after having the product only 2 days and was suppose to be getting a 14 day trial. I continue to get additional shipping charges because of shipping from out of the country. All customer care contact info is bogus, email does not deliver, no phone call ever gets through and the number is not toll free. In the terms and conditions you must have a RMA number to kreturn product, but there is no way to get one.

Unauthorized charge on my credit card for something I did not order.
I ordered what I thought was a face cream for $4.95. I received in the mail a bottle of pills from China. I did not even open the bottle. About a month later, I received an e-mail from this company saying they had billed $79.95 to my credit card for something I did not order.

unauthorized credit card charge
I have had 3 charges to my credit card in the same month in the range of $85 - $89 each charge... there is a telephone number next to the charge that says Pure-G-Health... when I called and talked with someone, I was told that I would have those charges removed... ha! I now have another charge and have NEVER received anything... how do I go about resolving this... any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Unauthorized credit card charge
I sent for this trial product which was charged to my credit card. When I received the product because of the condition that it was in I decided to cancel any future orders. I called them and asked to cancel which was an option they gave you from the beginning.
I have now received a statement from my credit card with an unauthorized charge for this product. I received only the trial product and nothing else after that. Therefore, since I cancelled there should be no charge now or in the future.

Unauthorized billing
On 4/2/2009 I authorized $5.95 to be charged to my debit card for a free 15 day trial for vitalrezv. The first attempt to deliver was on 4/11. I finally signed for it on 4/22. That very day I received an email from them saying since I did not send the product back they charged my account $79.95. WHAT! I never agreed to that.
I wrote several emails and never got a response. I called my bank and changed my number on my card so they could not charge any more on it. My bank said it was probably a scam that usually when they say free trial pay shipping only they have your number and that's all they wanted. I disputed the charges and my bank is investigating but will probably never see the money.
I am not taking any of those vitamins because it came from China and I don't know for sure what they really are. I should have known something wasn't right when the site would not accept my AE or VISA only my debit card would go through. I feel so stupid. I never buy anything off these sites.
