I have been a customer of CVS for quite some time and I have never had any problems until I went to get a new one filled. My doctor wrote a prescription for a box of syringe with needles and vitamin B12 -20md. What I received was 3 needles and a small vile of B-12. My daughter is a Parmedic EMT and has a lot of experience. She is going to be giving me the shots. I went back to CVS and asked for why my prescription was filled incorrect(I was waiting for it). I was told that the doctor wrote the prescription incorrectly. They said that needles do not come in a box but yet she bought one to show me, and they do not carry the quanity of vitaminun B12 that the prescription showed. She offered to sell 97 needle to me for $80.00 and she is going to order the B12 in 30md and the price is going to be the same. I was not consulted on either one of these items before I purchased them. I usually use mail order but when I need somthing quickly I go to CVS. My husband is not going to use CVS anymore because of this. I feel like I am being ripped off. I paid a total of $25.00 for both items. Who decided to sell me 3 needles when they had over a hundred in a box and who only gave me a small vile for the same price as a big one?
