I have a small business in Nashville that was supposed to receive a delivery from one of my suppliers. Vitrans website said it was scheduled to come on Monday ( it didn't). I called on Tuesday and was guaranteed it would get out that day ( it didn't). On Tuesday night, a woman told me it would come after 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday (no show again). On Wednesday evening, I spoke with the so-called manager that guaranteed it would be the first drop the next morning, Thurday. He said it would be about 8:00 and 8:30 at latest. So far, it is 9:45 and I haven't heard anything.

This would be a big deal to anyone that needed the delivery, but in my case, it is even worse. I am the only person at my business. I make all sales calls. I have had to stop working for 3 afternoons and one mornig to try to get this order. My business is basically CLOSED waiting for these undependable and unprofessional idiots.

Each afternoon I spoke with them, they said they could not get it out that evening. Their warehouse is about 15 min. away from my warehouse. I guess they all go home @ 5:00 with no concern for their customers.

I will never allow another of my suppliers to ship with Vitran. If they do, I will refuse the shipment, and they can take it back to the supplier.
