I, too, have been taken by this company for just under $800. They have been withdrawing from my credit card. Some advise I received from the credit card company is to make sure you get the name of the person you are talking to when you call to cancel your order, get a cancellation no. and right down the date the cancellation took place. For me, I ordered a free trial of the Life Cleanse as well as the Acai Berry detox so I had to get 2 cancellation no.s, one for each product. This way, any further transactions that they put through on your credit card can be reversed by the credit card company with this proof of cancellation.
Also, someone had posted some e-mail addresses of people associated with this scam (thanks "She Fell Away" for that info!) and indicated that you just keep e-mailing them over and over again, demanding a refund. I've just started my battle with that so I'll see how I make out.

This "Free Offer" is a major SCAM and Visa has told me that it is the single biggest SCAM they are dealing with right now. I have done a lot of internet shopping in my life and am always super careful, however this "Free Sample" for $6 Canadian, turned into Credit Card charges of $260 Monthly!!! I am a single mother and this represents a month of groceries and some creep who set this up is probably sitting back and enjoying the money rolling in from innocent victims.
Yes, Visa did state that "somewhere in the transaction I agreed to some terms and conditions" that meant there is nothing I can do, but trust me, as I said, I am very careful and this step of the request for sample must have been very sneakily tucked in somewhere that fooled me into thinking it was simply one of those usual steps in a transaction not an agreement to rob us like this.
I feel for everyone out there taken in this way, like myself. It is really sad that this company is going to harm all legitimate internet retailers because I for one have been stung hard and will NEVER make another internet purchase after this debacle.
Hopefully some British Consumer group will look into this quick and shut this down.

Ripped Off in Canada by British Lack of Controls over SCAMS

Ordered 15 days trial of ACAI Berry at £3.95 as did wife. Wife's bank called her to inform that they have had complaints regarding this company making unauthorised withdrawals. Therefor emailed them to cancel, automated response back saying no email support, have to phone, so did. Reassured by employee that account cancelled and no more withdrawals will be taken. All this within 15 day cancellation period. 14 days later thet took £74.25 from account, despite cancelling. When called customer services they said wife's cancelled they have no record of me cancelling, trying to get refund at present

This company charged my credit card though I did not approve transactions. I would like to register a formal complaint and have all money returned.

I received a package from UK and they charge me 10 dollars for taxes in this package, plus an other $130 usd unauthorized to my credit card!

just to let all you people out there scammed by this company it happend to me 3 months ago, and i have done everything in my power and guess what today i got A REFUND FOR THE FULL AMOUNT !!! HOPE YOU ALL CAN TOO.
