Having realised that Viv3 lab took a further £150 from my credit card in the month of August I googled them and found your site! I contacted Viv3 on the 27th July by phone on receipt of a second batch of the Life Cleanse. I explained to the gentleman that not only did I not want the second batch, the "trial bottle" remained unopened as I had an ongoing medical condition that was being investigated.
I was informed that I would receive a full refund on the understanding that I returned both bottles. I did this and sent them by recorded delivery with a letter confirming that they had agreed to a full refund. The delivery was signed for by them on the 30th July. Imagine my shock when I have received my credit card bill and they have taken £150 from my credit card AFTER they have agreed to give me a refund. I have taken all the email addresses that another person put on this complaint board and have today sent them a letter informing them that unless they refund my money within the next 7 days I will take legal action against them. I will also try and contact Google as this is where their advertisement was and ask them to establish their authenticity as an organisation.
