A sum of £75.00 was taken from my American Express Credit Card account
On 6-12-2010 I ordered a free trial of the Acai Berry and Pure Hoodia ultimate weight loss Package, postage paid £2.49.Order No 55246.Approx' seven days later I cancelled my subscription on one of their E-mail promotions. On the 20-12-2010, a sum of £75.00 was taken from my American Express Credit Card account. I have not agreed to any further supplies of this product and as the original offer was for a free trial, I want the £75.00 refunded.

taking payment without receiving product and can't find contact info to cancel
I ORDERED THE FREE TRAIL OF ACAI BERRY DETOX AND COLON CLEANSE ONLINE FOR THE COST OF SHIPPING ONLY, HOWEVER, FOR THE PAST TWO MONTHS MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN CHARGED $260.64 (CANADIAN) BY THIS COMPANY. I CERTAINLY DIDN'T SUBSCRIBE FOR MONTHLY SHIPMENTS. I HAVE E-MAILED THREE DIFFERENT EMAIL ADDRESSES THAT I OBTAINED FROM OTHER PEOPLE WHO HAD POSTED COMPLAINTS ONLINE BUT HAVE RECEIVED NO ANSWER AND THE MONEY KEEPS DISAPPEARING FROM MY ACCOUNT. IF ANYONE HAS A VALID PHONE NUMBER FOR THESE PEOPLE PLEASE POST IT.

Fraudulent billing
I purchased trial tablets Acai Berry and Cleanse dietary supplements from this company only to find that they have taken four payments of £77.19 in one day from my bank account when I telephoned the bank to query these transactions I was given a telephone number to contact them directly in order to solve this problem.
When I contacted them I spoke to an english girl who informed me that she had cancelled the subscription which I had not agreed to she then provided me with two cancellation numbers and informed me that no further payments will be taken from my account. I informed her that I did not enter any subscription other than the trial, she said that this would be passed to accounts for them to deal with and they would contact me, they did do so via email and informed me that no refund would be made due to me entering the terms and conditions and that I had agreed to the subscription.
I informed them I was taken this further and that I wanted refunded immediately I am still waiting for this.

ACAI BERRY AND LIFE CLEANSE
recently ordered a free trial of acai berry and life cleanse tablet via a site advertised on my yahoo home page. The company the link took me too was Thermothinplus. I was under the impression i was receiving a free trail and just paying the postage, however a company called health time has deducted 2 lots of £77.12 = £154.24 from my account a month later (04/10) I am now pursuing a dispute with a company called VIV3 lab Ltd to secure a refund because at no time was i asked to accept terms and conditions and feel i have been part of a scam.
i have rang a number today that took me to a call centre, i think, and spoke to a women called sara (asian sounding but very good engish). She told me she has cancelled my account and given me cancellation numbers. however she would not refund the above. the number is 08082389891 - suppose to be free call but I'm skeptical. waiting for egg to send me dispute forms.

taking money without authorisation
I ordered some diet products and returned them intact within 3 days of receiving them declining to continue with the sale. The offer on the internet gave the option of returning products intact within 14 days of receipt.
viv3 lab ltd. still proceeded to charge my account with £224.07.
Another charge of £153.92 has been made supposedly from Singapore for products I have no knowledge of. I suspect the one and same company.

Does not contain proper ingredient in formation and will not refund money charged
These people give a false sense of sending the product for only the postage, than they charge you hefty amount of US$118.63 on your visa, will not entertain customers request for refund even the products ingredients do not match to the ones posted on website and the label on the bottle.

life cleanse /acaiberry
I cant believe I was so stupid
I agreed to a trial of the life cleanse and the acaiberry products like everyone else and I did receive one of the products and am still waiting on the other.
I have been billed for both products at nearly $144-00 each which ok I guess for the one I did receive, fair enough as i didn't read the fine print. Expensive lesson to learn. But not ok for the one I didn't receive.
I guess my money is gone going to be extemely difficult to get it back, but heres the thing does anyone one have a valid number to contact them on as the one that every one says about on here is not connected and the email I sent to them got sent back not delivered and told to contact by phone which I have been trying to do as I want to cancel any future deliveries and deductions from my account. The number I have is 442031399027.
If anyone could help would be greatly appreaciated.
Feeling very foolish.

sent for free sample 60 tablets which is a30 day supply at 2 per day-----they have billed me 80 pounds for another supply which have not asked for ---cant someone do something about these firms which con with tiny terms tucked away in a corner.they must be making lots of money out of innocent people !isthere anything i cando -only on small fixed income
