Money deducted from my account without my permission
I ordered a Free sample of Acai Berry and Life Cleanse. I gave my credit card details to cover postage only. Two weeks later I discovered that two amounts of $149.76 had been taken from my credut account. I emailed the company but the email was sent back sying they didn't deal with customer service by email and to phone them. I phoned and got a recorded message. I live in Australia nd cannot afford to be ringing the UK all the time. I want my money back I did not give any permission or consent for this to be taken out of my account automatically. I am not wealthy, I live alone and my income from working is what I live on. If I had known the cost of these "free samples" there is no way I would have purchased them at all. Free Trial Scam
I too was caught by the Viv 3 scam. I ordered the Life Cleanse and Acai Berry free trial on 3 July 2009. They were delivered on 11 July. on 21 July whilst I was away £74.10 was taken twice from my account. i have notified my bank and have had to change debit card and online banking details. I have contacted Sandra to add my support.

product scam
Not only is viv3 labs a money making scam...but the product is faulty as well I had the acaiberry capsules analysed and have found they were 95% caffeine with traces of what they say on the bottle.
I think a class action against this company is a really good idea and would be happy to be a part of it.

Acai Berry
I'm having a terrible time, just like so many others, trying to cancel my orders for the Acai Berry from vive3 labs!!! Even trying the international number from Canada does not work!!!
My credit card company has given me an alternative number, but the customer service dept. say they are not affiliated with viv3 labs.
HELP!!!

Unauthorised Payment
I sent away for the "Free Trial"...supposedly only to pay shipping fee...what a Load of CRAP!
They have got the Product back (1 lousy bottle!), so we are now Out of Pocket $170.00 or so, and have Nothing to bloody show for it!
This is one Hell of a Scam!
I will be calling them tonight to tell them what I think of them..as well as trying to get my money back!

UNAUTHORISED CREDIT CARD CHARGE
I ORDERED A FREE TRIAL OF ACAI BERRY AND LIFE CLEANSE, PAID POSTAGE CHARGES, THAT WERE ALREADY MORE THAT WHAT WAS STATED ON TH WEB PAGE. RECEIVED THE PILLS.
2 WEEKS LATER, I RECEIVED TWO UNAUTHORISED CHARGES OF 84, 31€ IN MY VISA CARD.
NOW I HAVE TO CANCEL MY VISA.
I JUST WROTE AN EMAIL TO THE LABS TO ASK FOR THE REFUND.
AFTER READING ALL THESE COMPLAINTS I DON'T KNOW IF I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK.
MORE NEWS IN SOME DAYS.

'free trail' scam
I registered a complaint on this board last week, and the list of complaints against VIV3 Lab grows daily. I noticed one comment from Sandra saying we need to join together to put them out of business, so I contacted Sandra and said 'Count me in'. So there is now a web site tlcinvestigations.co.uk that she has set up, I have been in touch with Watchdog. Take a look at the web site, it has Sandra's story on it which is the same, almost word for word, as mine and has really good advise on how to go about cancelling your account and getting a refund.
Together we might be able to put VIV3 Lab out of business.

"free 15 days trial" scam
15 days trial commences from shipping (can take 7 days to get product and you are then victim of "auto re-ordering" terms in the small print. Have actually tried the product with no discernible benefit, am £80 poorer and a little wiser. Have researched and found numerous complaints, a complete scam!

Unauthorised Debit of Credit Card Account
Two weeks ago I ordered a trial bottle of the Acai berry and a trial bottle of the colon cleanse, 2 lots of 3.95 were debited from my credit card. I have just checked my Online Bank Account to find that NOT ONE BUT TWO! PAYMENTS OF £74.53 HAVE BEEN DEDUCTED!! I have most certainly not agreed to any terms and conditions that let this absolute disgrace of a company take this money, luckily i noticed on the day this went out otherwise i would be incurring charges from my bank. I will be calling Viv3 labs first thing Monday morning (they are conveniently closed at weekends) and demanding an explanation and a refund of my cash. When ordering the free trial nowhere on the website does it have an option to agree to terms and conditions.
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT, IT IS A SCAM AND THEY WILL FLEECE YOU FOR ALL YOU HAVE!
I will be contacting Watchdog and MSN regarding this as people need to know what this company is doing.
