morons
why do morons not read the terms and conditions before trying online samples. People have time to read forums full of lies and gossip but they cannot read terms and conditions before giving their credit info. That prooves that people will put more effort in avoiding that they are to blame instead of putting in effort to prevent from having problems.

I too fall into this trap..Just today, I got a shock of my life when they debit my credit card in 2 lots 0f A$149 each. I never recall seeing the 15-day trial period...So, I thought I gladly pay for the postage & handling. Please is there anyone out there who could help me to contact these company. I am happy to send back their products as they are still not been used as yet. I think this company should be looked into for scamming people and be prosecuted accordingly.

I also signed up for the trial and got billed. They tablets don't do what they say they do. What can be done? Surely a refund is due if the product doesn't do what it advertises it does. Is that not true in the UK

Money scam
I recently also signed up for the trial of the Acai and colon cleanse, and have just realised tha tthey have deducted 2 lots of payments from my account without my authoriuty, 1 lot in the name of VIV3 and another under the name of vitalityclean.
Watch out this is a huge scam, No one answers the supposed help line.

misleading terms and conditions
I am another victim of this company's scam ! I ordered two products which took nearly 2 weeks to arrive. They charged the shipping costs to my account on the same day of the order and then another £75.50 for each product 15 days after they sent these out, even though I had sent them an email within 1 month of ordering and they had replied confirming the account had been closed. I called them and emailed them to complain, but their reply was that I should have read the small print! I might not be so angry if the products actually worked.

unauthorised withdrawals from my credit card
I'd like to add my bit to the over 450 complaints already listed. Viv3 send their products out late so you don't get them in time to cancel the next lot within the 14 day trial and they charge you every 14 days. I've been charged four lots of £76 and am absolutely furious as I cancelled a few days after receiving the pills. They have no record of when I cancelled. I'm going to fight them to the last to get my money back. Someone should put them out of business.

I to have been had by these con merchants. They have taken all the money from our credit card and have even tried to take more payments I never received any products so couldn't return them. The credit card company have put a temporary block on our card but say that we have to raise a dispute now as they can not cancel the payments or help us aas its a contract!!!
Does anyone have any suggestions or addresses I can contact to report these thieves.

rang 2day 2 tell them not 2 take anymore money from my bank, dont what anything more 2 do with them i want my money back but its not going 2 happen bad poeple like them making a fast buck sad, very sad, and 2 make it out it is us saying we did not look at the small print was not there 2 look at when ordering i ha ve not had any pills yet but taking money from me surely they cant do that come on someone do somethink about poeple like these keep on going i will not go on face book, and many more 2 get things done we work hard 4 the money we get u, just come on in and do this??????????????????????????????????????

fraud
Facts:
a) I ordered Acai Berry and Life Cleanse on 19th June 2009
b) I requested the cancellation of both orders on the same day 19th June 2009
c) I received a confirmation on 22nd June that account for both products is cancelled and that such cancellation would be effective from 22nd June (hence my cancelation was well within 15 days and in accordance with their terms and conditions)
d) On 7th July 2009 they charged my credit card £76.13
e) On 22nd July they charged my credit card £74.02
Action:
f) sent numerous emails however some of them remained ignored and others go automated reply
g) i called the provided number last week (5th august) and the lady from the call centre said she would escalate the issue and that i should hear from them within 5 days...so i am waiting...
Observations:
h) the company viv3lab was incorporated in scotland in february this year
i) the company has no director or any other officer at the moment. The person who acted as director for incorporation purpose resigned on the date of incorporation
j) THIS IS A COMPLETE AND TOTAL FRAUD. I ALSO CALLED MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY ON THE SAME DAY AS I CALLED VIV3 AND EVEN THEY KNOW ABOUT VIV3LAB!!! THEY TOLD ME THAT IF I DONT GET A REFUND THEY WILL TAKE IT WITH THE COMPANY THEMSELF PROVIDED THAT I SUPPLY A PROOF OF THE ORDER CANCELLATION
