We ordered a free samples of Acai Berry and Life Cleanse this was paid for as a sample. This was paid for in full and the goods arrived in New Zealand.

The company made two further unauthorised deductions under 2 different business names of Youth Health and Health time from my visa account which was never agreed. The only goods that i have every received from Viv3 have been the free samples - no further product has arrived and no further goods have been ordered.

Do the authorities take action after reporting on these scams?

I felt i must write to complain about these viv3.
I also have been caught by them i thought i was getting a free trial, but ended up with £144.74 of supposed charges that i have not recieved and they do not work in the slightest!!! I am really angry that this company have not been shut down. they prey on desperate people who are trying to lose weight.It is obvious that the people who set up this company have not got a consience. The woman i spoke to that i should have read the form better and this should be a lesson to me. It has been although a very expensive one. I just hope that these people who own this viv3 have the same happen to them.
