I am another victim to this scam. I feel violated. I notice that monies had come out of my credit card only after I had just put $500 on it to find over $340 taken out a few days later. I have 2 payment of $148.88 one under the name of FOCUSCLEAN and another under AP-CSAFEPAYINC.COM. I ordered a bottle of Life Cleanse then 16 days later I receive one bottle of life cleanse yesterday but have been charged for 2. viv3lab and HealthScience are under the same address. I've managed to send an email to [email protected] to cancel further orders today so will see what happens, won't hold my breath.

I have contacted my bank and they have passed it onto their Fraud dept. They will try and contact these companies (good luck). They have put a block on the companies involved that appear on my card, but can't cancel my card because I have "agreed with the merchant to have further bottles sent" - this is what is obviously in the fine print, that all the people caught in this didn't read. I can't even find the web site to have a look into there terms and cond. Usually in the past if I'd seen before you order that automatic orders will be sent out unless cancelled prior to delivery, I would never had done this. Has anyone had different names come up on their credit cards that belong to the same company. I can't belive these bastards haven't been caught yet. Does anyone in the UK know if the police are looking into it? Good luck to everyong.
