7/7/09 i ordered Acai Berry and Life Cleanse from website Viv3lab.com for my friend who is always on a diet, when I printed confirmation noted that it was for a 14 day free trial so decided when product arrived I would return it, which I did when they arrived on 17/7/09 and put note on packing slip that I did not wish to participate with the offer, I was debited the postage on 8/7/09 which was all that I had authorised.
I sent an email on 17/7/09 stating I did wish to receive any more product. This email was returned from an unattended email address.
17/8/09 received another package of Acai berry tablets only, which I returned with the notation on the packing slip not to send any more and credit my credit card for the unauthorised debit and that if they had sent the Life Cleanse tablets I had not received them and not to send if they hadn't yet sent them.
27/8/09 received another package and presume this was the Life Cleanse, I did not open but marked it return to sender, do not require and did not order and was unauthorised and to recredit my credit card if it had been debited.
Visa card statement arrived 28/8/09 with four unauthorised debits 25/7/09 for two amounts of A$150.55, and 9/8/09 for two amounts of A$147.73. This is outrageously priced and totally unauthorised.
I contacted my bank and will be filing a dispute with them and they have barred my card.
31/8/09 I contacted the UK company by phone and spoke to Daija and after explaining the circumstances of my complaint she said the refund department would send me an email within 72 hours and let me know IF they would give a refund. I asked to speak with her manager and she said I could not that I would have to wait for the email which I am now waiting for. I have chronologically documented all contacts and have available for faxing if required. This company needs to be stopped in its tracks immediately. These tablets that I do not have have cost me close to A$600 which I cannot afford. All this and I only had my friend in mind.
Please respond as soon as possible.
Kind regards
