arnaque commerciale

ce site vous propose un essai gratuit pour une cure minceur, seulement les frais de transport à payer. Quelques jours plus tard, ce cite m' prélevé plus de 80 € soit disant que j'avais accepter de faire la cure complète alors que je n'ai jamais donné mon accord! le principe est que si sous quinze jours vous ne vous manisfester pas, il considère que vous "souhaitez" continuer cette cure et en aucun il ne stipule ce genre de chose sur le site! j'ai voulu avoir recours auprès de ma banque sans succés! j'ai bien été débitée de 80€ mais je n'ai rien reçu!!! que faire dans ce cas?

unortherised payment from my bank

After taking up the offer of there free trial. Where all i had to pay was post and packaging. which i received there product. a month later my bank notified me the there where two unusal transactions on my account. to which i told them that i did not ortherise. unfortunatly one of the transaction had allread gone through, costing me £82.95. the other trasaction was for the same amount. I have since recieved a product from them. and i have tried to contact them where i demanded my money back to which they ended the phone call.
