compre una muestra de un producto para adelgazar y limpiar la vida ACAI bayas desintoxicación como muestra gratis y se me cobraba solo el gasto d envio de 3, 95 euros por cada uno en el resumen de mi tarjeta viene un monto por 250 dolares quiero cancelar llmando y no contesta nadie y como hago para cancelar esto. necesito ayuda quiesiera sabe como actuar la verdad me estafaron son unos chorros y ahora como soluciono esto, para dejar que me sigan debitando de la cuenta.

I was scammed by the Acai berry company and the life cleanse.

I was only suppose to pay P&P which was £3.95 each.

To my amazement they charged me £75 x2 and the same for my husbands account.

I found the number from the email they sent me originally and called them quoting the order numbers i cancelled the accounts and then asked the matter to be escalated.

this is what happened, i received my money back so can you :-

please read. i called them quoting the order numbers they gave me originally in an email and cancelled the accounts they stopped charging me, i then asked them to escalate the matter seein as they took the money without my consent. the lady said that i would receive an email, the email said the following :-

Dear Customer, Thank you very much for contacting our customer service at Viv3 Labs by phone. We would like to inform you that on 2009-07-13 you were charged for the shipping and handling cost on your free trial. The 15 days free trial starts from the day of the shipment of the order and implies that you have 15 days to test your order for free. As stated in the terms and conditions of the purchase that you accepted during the purchase process, if you do not cancel your account during the 15 days trial period, you will be charged for the product separately and thus the free trial converts into a regular subscription. We confirm that on 2009-07-30 you were charged for the product for the amount of (2x) 118.63 USD. We have now cancelled your account. This cancellation implies that our company will make no more charges and no more products will be shipped to you. i then replied back saying that is not good enough and that i did not accept no terms and conditions and there was no box for me to tick i want my money back
their reply :-

i replied back again saying that i have contacted my bank and they have started a claim for me to get my money back i have also left negative feedback about your company on many sites and that i demand that you give back my money

I replied back confirming that i will receive 2 payments of the following and they replied back :-

i finally received my money back. i did the same thing for my husbands card and have now received all the payments back

To get an idea of the magnitude of this scam, you may also want to check out the complaints posted under Viv3 and Viv3 Labs. I was lucky because my credit card company reversed the charge.

I signed up for this so called Free trial, because it was free! Obviously I was naive to think it would be. I accepted the £3.95 shipping costs, but didn't delve deeper and had no idea I was going to be charge £74 x 2 for this absolute load of rubbish.

These people are just scamming vulnerable people. OK maybe we're foolish enough to think it will work and that we're getting something for free. Why on earth would anyone willingly agree to pay this much money for this product.

I believe there must be many many people out there who have fallen for this and feel trapped. I'm a single mum and absolutely do not have £150 of free cash to just waste on this crap.

Would love to hear if anyone has successfully managed to get any money back out of VIV3. I've called but get the automated response they obviously give to everyone that I should've read the terms and conditions.

Facts:
a) I ordered Acai Berry and Life Cleanse on 19th June 2009
b) I requested the cancellation of both orders on the same day 19th June 2009
c) I received a confirmation on 22nd June that account for both products is cancelled and that such cancellation would be effective from 22nd June
d) On 7th July 2009 they charged my credit card £76.13
e) On 22nd July they charged my credit card £74.02

Action:
f) sent numerouse emails however some of them remained ignored and got automated reply to the others
g) i called them and they would say they would escalate the issue and that i should hear from them within 5 days...so i am waiting

Observations:
h) the company viv3lab was incorporated in scotland in february this year
i) the company has no director or any other officer at the moment. The person who acted as director for incorporation purpose resigned on the date of incorporation
j) THIS IS A COMPLETE AND TOTAL FRAUD. I CALLED MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY TODAY AND EVEN THEY KNOW ABOUT VIV3LAB!!!
