acai berry / life cleanse
Along with so many others I have the same complaint, I purchased the acai berry & life cleanse free trial paying £3.95pp however today £150 has been taken out of my bank account by viv3 labs. There was nothing stating this would be the case and isn't a free trial exactly that !!! I have a feeling that when i do finally catch up with viv labs they will have some lame excuse regarding small print. But isn't it in breech of some law to say 1 thing and do another ???? I have lodged 2 complaints with my bank 1. For removing funds from my account without permission 2. Fraud against viv3labs
If anyone has any useful tips so i can get my money back then please contact me. A very angry and upset and still overweight customer !!
WHEN THEY SAID IT WOULD HELP SHIFT THE POUNDS I DIDN'T REALISE THEY MEANT FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT ...

Unauthorised deduction of $302 from visa account
On or about 7 July 2009 I purchased two items (Life Cleanse and Acai Berry Detox) as part of a free trial but I had to pay for postage. Two amounts of $7.72 (AUS) were deducted from Visa account which I understood covered the cost of postage.
On 27 July 2009 two further deductions of $150.11 (AUS) were deducted from my credit card. The deduction of these monies was unauthorised.
My understanding of the offer was that it was a free trial.
I did not agree or give you consent to Viv3lab Ltd making any further withdrawals from my account from that point forward irrespective of whether I order goods or not.
I consider the action of Viv3lab Ltd to be fraudulent.
I ask that the sum of $300.22 (AUS) be credited to my account immediately. I am prepared to take further action if such funds are not reimbursed.

Acai Berry Detox
I took the offer of 30-day free trial on a product Acai Berry Detox - I do not have access to the terms and conditions and have been invoiced for Approx £82.95 for a product I do not and have not reordered. I would like to know how these companies get such easy access to your account details. DO NOT TAKE UP THE FREE TRIAL because it is not free!!

Sending goods that are not ordered
Like many others, I too took the offer of a free trial of the Acai Berry Detox & Life Cleanse product. They proved to be totally unsuccessful, but I have had more delivered today and have been invoiced for a total of £165.90.
I cannot afford to lose this amount of money, especially on a product that not only doesn't work, but has left me more consipated than before!!!
I tried calling, but the message is call back Monday to Friday 8am-5pm or leave a message which it doesn't allow you to do anyway. I shall email them and call them first thing monday morning.
Not a happy bunny :-(

unauthorised payment
Like many other people I have been scamed on the free trial of the aci berry detox tablets. I gave my bank details to authorise p&p payment. A short time later I recieved another batch of tablets that I did not order and my account was debited £76 that I did not authorise. I am totally disgusted. I have returned the tablets to the warehouse and requested an immediate refund of my money...I am still waiting. Has anyone ever recieved a refund?

money charged without consent
Free sample offered through Facebook, with a $7.00 S&H charge. Now, three weeks later, there is an additional $133.58 charged twice on my credit card. I have received no notification of this charge, and do not authorize this.

grossly overcharged without consent
I just happened tonight to check my July statement online and was shocked to see that viv3lab ltd have billed me for two amounts of £74.98 both dated 15th July 2009. They said the two products were free and all I had to pay was the P+P and handling, a small amount. This was a link from an article on the hotmail webpage.
I received the two products and so far they don't seem to be doing much for me. Who knows what's really in them !
Thankfully, I retained the envelope in which the products were sent as I had deleted their emails.
Their address on the envelope is P.O. Box 13511 post code EH49 7YH UK Tel. No. 0808 238 9891
I haven't tried phoning viv3lab yet so don't know if they can be contacted but tomorrow I am phoning/visiting my bank to ask what can be done about this gross overcharging. What a liberty these people are taking and I hope that any other people who have been scammed by them will report them and get them stopped. If anyone else knows what to do please tell us quickly, they must be making a fortune. Also if anyone else has bought the same products from these people I advise you to check your bank statements asap if you have not yet received them by post.

Billed without consent
How dare they do this to me. I wouldn't have known if my Credit card hadn't warned me about the bill going out - applause to Barclay Card for looking after one of it's customers - thank you Barclaycard.
I applied for a trial pack for which I paid postage and packing for and then got billed for £82.95. Talk about Fraud!!! Someone should go to prison for this.
