Viv3labs proposes free trials of various health products, but since you have to give your credit card number to pay for the post and package, you then get send products every 30 days, and charged accordingly without asking for anything.
My mother got caught. She has tried to contact all the phone numbers given, but cannot get hold of anyone. Normal, since this is obviously a scam!!
Reading the complaint from Sarah 223, I have asked my mum to send a letter in recorded delivery to the address she's got, and to call her bank to denounce the scam.
I have drawn up a letter for her, using the threat of the Uk consumer protection act, to ask for a refund. Not sure it will get anywhere, but hopefully, people will read the various complaints, and not get caught as well!!
