I took out a Vivacom extra contract which gave me Internet and landline phone through the landline which is fine. I also took out a TV package including a number of Discovery channels and an extra Move channel. For the past few weeks the movie channel has not been working and Vivacom have told me it is not their problem and that I still have to pay for it. Vivacom has stopped answering my emails and now I cannot get any channels at all, so the whole TV package is not working. However, I am still getting bills from Vivacom. My email is [email protected]
