Trial Sample
I ordered Vivid White Smiles back in mid Sept/2010, the cost was $4.11 then $1.57 for shipping. The website from which I ordered it said NOTHING about being automatically billed if I continued with the product. I received my trial and the product didnt did little if anything at all. I recieved my M/C statement the other day: Sept 28/10 $4.11, Sept 30/10 $1.57 and Oct 7/10 $90.83...for WHAT?????
I have received no more product from this company. Called my cc company and they said there is also a charge coming on my next statement for Oct 31/10 $3.09 and Nov 4/10 $ 76.47
Just a little pissed, and the toll free number, 1-888-869-2674 is M-F 8 am-6 pm...
Gggrrrrrrr...

I ordered the trial offer and for 2 mos. they have sent stuff I did not want and charged my debit card for 87.00..This has caused me problems. I do not want this crap. Im hoping to resolve this issue with them, but am having problems even finding a phone@.
The company is Vivid White Smiles. The pkgs comes out of Hollywood, Fl.
There are no phone numbers listed to call them at all..
I would not order from them again due to their underhanded practice. By ordering a trial offer did not in any way give them the authority to do this.

Un-authorisied continual withdrawl from bank a/c under different names
I'm in Australia and it's happening here too.
Each of the following companies are run by the same thieves and are sharing your card details and will continue under different names. Only way to stop the illegal withdraws from your account is to cancel the card with your financial institution and report it to them. I'm sure this list will grow before authorities catch these bastards. The bank withdrawals are from Panama where they have their accounts. Look out for
Ever White, Everbrite Smile, Dazzlin Smile, Superstar Smile, Extreme Whitener, Vivid White Smile. The phone no. 1-888-869-2674 or overseas +44 20 3318 5241, seems to be the same for them also.
Tell as many as you can!!!
P.s The company Idol White (idolwhite.com) seem to be the only legit one at the moment. Goodluck everyone.

cannot cancel
I ordered a sample and I wanted to cancel any furture orders. Well it seems they have no web sight, and on my cc card they disconnected their 800# so I can't even call to cancel, and the purchase shows up as LNZ teethmakover. No web sight there either, and no # to cancel any furture orders.

no way to cancel
I was on a reputable web site, Weather.com, and saw a teeth whitening free trial. I ordered it and was then charged $88 dollars and change for a monthly for product that I did not order. I also DID NOT receive any product. I cannot find a website or phone number or address to respond to this hoax.

Fales Avderstisement, No info included, no phone number, web site is nowhere to be found, trying to cancel
I ordered this product as a free demonstration, and there were no instructions on how to use, not phone number to call and ask, and the web site is nowhere to be found, other than it has been taken off the available Domain Lists. I wanted to find out if this was legitimate or if I was going to be billed later as I discovered on another promotial product, "Dermitage". Does anyone have the proceedure to cancel any further shipments? And is there anyway this can get out to others. This product was being offered as a response to a Survey regarding the "Reputable" web site I was currently on, therefore I trusted it. Example, Overstock, World Market, Pier One, etc.. How can they be notified of what is happening?
