I saw this product ad on MySpace. I signed up for the free trial at $3.87.
NOWHERE in the ad did it say "Ten days to cancel membership". I was not aware that I was signing up for a "membership".
The product arrived, there was still NOTHING in the package to indicate that there was a "ten day cancellation" period.
No paperwork whatsoever!!!
This product is extremely strong. I used it twice and was left with sores in the roof of my mouth.
Within a week of recieving this product, I was charged $87.47
Imagine my surprise!!! When I went to the website for retuen information, lo and behold I was directed to the complaints page where I found a contact number (888.869.2674) . I was given a RMA number and an Adress (3609 N. 29th Ave., Hollywood, FL 33020) to which to return the unused product.
I was then informed I would be refunded $49 because of a "restocking fee", as per "company policy". This in "7 - 10 days after the return of the product".
IF ANYONE ACTUALLY GETS THEIR MONEY BACK, PLEASE LET ME KNOW!!!
