I got nothing for my money
Signed up for a cheap trial about £3. Got it sent but it wasn't very good. 1 Month later i get 2 debits under Elgtech from my a/c. Lots of companies use Elgtech apparently! I got nothing for my money. Contacted bank and canceled card. Can't contact company.

withdrawing money from account
sent for trail kit, called within the 10 days to cancel, then called again to make sure it was cancelled, they said it was. but then in Sept and Oct. they start taking money out of my account after numerous phone calls and timely talks they admit it was taken mistakely from my account and would be returned within the next 10-15 days which it wasn't when I called the number today it's not the phone number for that company anymore it's a totally different company

I BOUGHT THIS DENTAL PRODUCT ON A TRIAL PRICE, BUT HAVE SINCE FOUND OUT THAT THEY CHARGED ME THE FULL ASKING PRICE, AND THEY ARE STILL SENDING THEM AS I HAVE NO WAY OF FINDING A CONTACT ADDRESS OR PHONE NUMBER AND STILL CHARGING ME.ALL I WANT IS FOR THIS TO BE CANCELLED.

I ordered a sample from them for $3 shipping and they charged my account $89. They refuse to refund my money.

overcharging
I ordered a sample for $3.85. Since then we have been charged twice for $ 87.47. I called and talked to them and they just gave me the run around saying we needed to cancel the order in a certain amount of days or it would not have been charged. I talked to the manager Ella Montcarlo and she gave me the same run around. They did not even send me what I had ordered. I ordered the Dental Hygiene Pen and they sent me whitening gel. On the label it even said Dental Hygiene Pen. Even though I had called and told them they sent me the wrong item they still charged me the $87.47, twice. What a Scam.
