Just purchased a Vivicam 9112 6/28/11.
Called your customer service (1-800-592-9541) to see if a SDHC card could be used.
The person I talked with :
Thought S stands for standard (not secure).
Stated the camera could used a card up to the 32 MB, but should not exceed 8 MB.
However she did not state if a SDHC card could be used.
Your instructions in the "Easy Guide" state "SD memory card (up to 32GB) needed for normal use."
Your instructions on the online manual state "Note: Your camera needs an SD Memory card (up to 32GB) for normal use."
I requested to talk to someone who knew what they were talking about. She asked if she could put me on hold and I said OK. That was about 12:55PM PDST. It is now over an hour later and no one from Vivitar customer service has talked to me since.
Can anyone answer a simple question?
