This company is a fake designed to dupe innocent individuals out of money for visa applications for bogus job offers or other purposes.

There is no such company at the address in London.
The telephone number is a redirection number typically used by internet fraudsters to make them appear to be in the UK.
The fax number belongs to a genuine company called TRAVCOUR (UK) Ltd, who are unconnected with this fraud.
