VM Innovations sold well over 100 Haan SV 60 Vacuum/floor steamers as an Ebay daily deal. After which they realized there was an error in their listing. The Daily deal stated that the item was good for carpeted and hard floor surfaces. It stated that it included a carpet tray with a brush roll/carpet agitator. After the deal was done they first changed the price to $10 cheaper. I contacted them immediately b/c I was pissed that I just paid $110 on ebays daily deal and then they start a new deal when it was over at a lower price. LOL they removed that listing so i will never know what it said in the description. Well they now have a revised listing of the item I purchased stating in bright red letters Does not include carpet tray...etc.
Wouldn't you think a company that makes a mistake like that would contact the buyers and let them know that there was an error made on their part. Not only to take control of the situation, but to offer some sort of solution rather that getting people upset and frustrated with their insulting refunds. They offered me $15, then $20, then I got ebay resolution center involved and they bumped it up to $30. That still means I paid $80 for something that takes up a ton of closet space and now only cleans 20% of my home. Plus I could've bought this type of cleaner for $50 locally. I rejected their offer and now I have to ship this somewhat heavy vacuum back at my own expense to receive my original investment.
This company has a large pair of balls, but don't expect much b/c they are shooting blanks.
