This company sent us a tanning bed that was not the same unit in the picture. It is missing a leg, a timer, and has a broken acrylic. This has been going on for well over a month now and they do not return calls or emails. They are very confrontational. They "dared" me to put reviews about their company online calling it slander. I explained that its the truth. I received an email from them telling me I needed to stop calling the company. The bed installation company that I used can verify what parts are missing and was willing to speak with the company to verify what was needed to get the unit running but they were not willing to speak with them either. I would strongly advise anyone from using this company as they are liars and very deceitful! They are not willing to own up to their mistakes and have no intentions of trying to make things right. We have pictures to prove everything that we stated. STAY AWAY!
