I signed up for Vocalocity after doing plenty of research. I read reviews, spoke with customers, and ran a test line. Everything prior to giving them my money went well. The sales person gave me plenty of attention and they treated me like I was the only person in this world.
As soon as I gave them my money, everything went downhill. One thing Vocalocity did very well was take my money. They have no problem charging my credit card for unfair and undelivered service.
The issues I have experienced are countless.
1. The phones I purchased were delivered to an incorrect address. Vocalocity was not willing to pay for overnight shipping since it was there error. On the contrary, they actually charged me for shipping of the phones twice! It took 3 weeks for the phones to arrive here.
2. They would blame my Internet Service company for every issue. Call clarity was nonexistent and Vocalocity started by saying I didn't have a good Internet line. I don't know about you, but Verizon FiOS is one of the best Internet lines out there. Once their techs got over the fact that my Internet was not the issue, they began blaming my router. I therefore switched my router and bought a $400 piece of equipment based on their recommendation, after the sale. I should emphasize the fact that all of this was after the sale. They didn't care to do research or look into my settings before I signed up.
3. I worked with 3 different techs on a regular basis. Each person would pass me on to another person and they would do a horrible job of scheduling and making times we set in advance to meet.
4. Billing does not stop charging customers. They have the audacity to bill me after multiple discussions with managers. I have explained every problem I've had with Vocalocity and no one cares.
5. Hopefully this complaint and the other complaints on this website will get to the people in charge of Vocalocity and realize that they have a major problem. I don't think it's a technology problem. Vocalocity has a people problem. Their employees and managers don't care. Plain and simple.
6. Make the right choice, don't signup for Vocalocity.
