Its with great dissapointment that i have to now have a formal complaint against vodacom in the sense that they dont care about customer satisfaction.
My phone has gone into vodacare gateway 5 times and there is no comunication, not even from the manager to come and pick the phone up and when i go into the store it is lying o9n collections and upon putting it on the phone freezez and a second consultant also experiences this.
Very dissapointing
