I find their service absolutely unexeptable! I got a brand new Nokia, 3 weeks later I couldn't make or receive any calls. Took my phone in and it suddenly needed a software upgrade?
So I had a case of fraud and the info I needed to open my case was on that phone.
When realising that - the very same day I handed it in I called the shop seven times to ask them not to send it in yet and nobody answers the phone, and when they do they put me on hold for ages only to get cut off!!
By this time I had to leave work and drive all the way back, which is 20km from work. Once I got there to explain my situation, I get told they have just sent it away 20 min ago and there is nothing they can do for me!
I will never take my business there again as they contributed to me losing alot of money now as this could of been prevented had they answered their phones and assisted with a better speedy service.
This is the last I use Vodacare WESTGATE! Next to Game!!!
